Yes, absolutely! They're available in all bookstores within Australia, if you can't see them, ask the book buyer to get a copy in for you - and if you still can't get hold of them (which is incredibly rare!) let me know and I'll get one to you!

How do I get a website that doesn't cost the earth?

The only way I have found is to buy your domain name ie; www.RachaelBermingham.com for the low cost of approx $20AUD and then link it to a blog site which costs nothing! The link for this is at www.blogger.com it's fairly basic but is a terrific way to start and with some creativity you can have it looking really nice. In addition to this you can link a payment system up to your site (also free) called www.paypal.com.au which will take credit card payments for your products - how easy is that?! It's self explainatory - a little bit of reading is required but you'll be happy you took the time. I've never had any computer training and I managed to weave my way through the free blog site, getting the domain linked and the pay pal system within 4 hours. Just so you know, now that I've got some income coming in, I've upgraded to a purpose built site that is a little more professional but I can still update and change things at any given time without waiting for a web designer to do it for me which I love.

It is best to see a solicitor who works in this field as there is many things to consider regarding copyrighting issues. Try doing a google search for a solicitor who is well versed in this field or hop on the phone and call around. IP (Inteliecutal Property) is always a very tricky subject and is best left to the experts in that field.
