Ms Bermingham has hung up the apron on her multi-million cookbook empire, which has sold more than 4.3 million copies worldwide, to start a new challenge.After seven bestselling books, thousands of calls and queries from budding authors begging for publishing help, she felt it was only natural to establish publishing business Bermingham Books.
"Seeing someone who has had a book idea for 20 years finally write and produce their first book and hold it in their hands is just a fabulous feeling," she said in a release yesterday.Ms Bermingham will also release her eighth book, based on her personal life and business experiences, next March.
